Welcome! My name is Shruti. I am an artist, poet, writer, and flower essence practitioner. I also facilitate qigong, meditation, and conscious energy work, and edit academic manuscripts when they fly through the open window.
I offer flower essence therapy, alchemical healing, qigong, and consciousness healing to help you flower into who you are here to be, both in the day-to-day and as a larger vision.
My work embraces your soul’s knowing and asks you to claim the journey of your life.
My approach is balanced between nature (soil) and spirit (star), and seeks to honor the creative impulse of life, which is intelligent, benevolent, and deeply mysterious. It encourages you to have fun, be adventurous, and make meaningful connections that empower your courage.
